At Men Premium Watches by Argos, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every timepiece. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Timepiece
Carefully place the watch in its original premium packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
